The Clean State

The Clean State is a solo work embodying the existential drive to
realize the unknown, push into undiscovered territory and yield to
ever-expanding desires. Starting from a self-possessed origin, the
work's path follows an adventure of breakthrough, steering through
space, time and eclectic landscape only to unearth a smaller, crowded
and dauntingly messy world.

The Clean State was developed, in part, with the support of NYU's Tisch Summer Dance Program and premiered at the Florida Dance Festival in Miami, FL in 2008. In the UK, it was a selected finalist for the Sadler's Wells Global Dance Contest in 2009.
